Lowcountry Legal Solutions, LLC was founded by Blair Streitenberger with his goal of serving the lowcountry communities his family has called home for almost 30 years. Blair's family moved to Hilton Head Island in 1991 and his parents taught at Hilton Head Middle School and M.C. Riley Elementary. ​Blair graduated from Hilton Head High School in 2006 and went to the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2010. During college, he worked as an intern for Moore, Taylor, & Thomas, P.C. and as a first mate on the Schooner Welcome on Hilton Head during the summers.



Blair attended law school at Charlotte School of Law in North Carolina. After law school, Blair received a fellowship position with South Carolina Legal Services in Charleston, South Carolina. After completing the fellowship, Blair took a Staff Attorney position with SC Legal Services in Greenville, where he practiced for three years, managing some 50+ cases at a time in the areas of family law, landlord-tenant, and IRS Tax Controversies.

Missing the saltwater, Blair moved back to Hilton Head in December, 2017, and practiced with a long-time local office, The Law Offices of James F. Berl, P.C. and practiced in general civil litigation, personal injury, family law, and other areas. Always having desired to be his own boss and hang a shingle, Blair started Lowcountry Legal Solutions, LLC in December, 2018. Blair currently lives on Hilton Head with his black lab, Moose, who is the de facto mascot for LLS, LLC.
